<description>Sounds like you had a pretty bad experience outsourcing your work the first time around. I think you identified some of the key problems: miscommunication, misunderstanding of concepts and arguments. With any job -- whether you are outsourcing or not -- these can happen, but there are some ways in which you can prevent this from happening again should you choose to outsource in the future.

One of the things we recommend at oDesk (http://www.odesk.com), a marketplace and remote work site, is daily communication with the freelancer. Set up either a time to talk (through Jajah or Skype) or ask for daily email updates.

One of the neat advantages of outsourcing through oDesk is that through oDesk Team, a screensnap program, you can see exactly what the freelancer is working on. This allows both of you can identify problems through the process and discuss them, hopefully then avoiding any arguments!

Best of luck with your next project,
