Forum Services, Are they Worth the Purchase?

Browsing my favorite forums I usually tend to see services. These are post where individuals work for you for a set price. They either create a template, submit your site, write, program, digg, stumble etc. There is a lot of competition in the forums to just get a simple $10.

You need to think though are these users using software to submit your article to 500 article directories? Are they doing it manually? What is the report they provide to you? What would be the ROI once its completed? So many questions, so to answer these questions I have in mind I decided to do 2 of them.

One of them is “100 Manual Directory Submission PR4 To PR8 + 25 Del.icio.us Submission” and the other is “50 diggs for 15.00.” These were very cheap and both users that will be doing these services will provide a report once its completed, most likely in 24 hours. I want to see if there is a good return with these services, traffic, income, email/rss subscribers, etc.

Forums are a great way to create your own network and get to know people. But I want to see if you can really trust someone from a forum to fulfill their stated task. I also want to find out if there will be a change from me purchasing these services and if services are worth the purchase.

I think these are Forum Freelancers or Forums Entrepreneurs. They use the power of the already constant traffic to their disposal. A lot of readers use forums to find information or provide knowledge to grow their brand. But there are a certain few that will actually do your work, they stay home and just post to capture someone’s attention for a needed service. Internet Marketing is a very heavy needed service that is needed by all internet startup companies or small business, they always want more exposure.

Remember time is your enemy but time is money. There is only one of me, but so many other strangers people will help you do your work for a price. Well I have taken the risk to pay cheaply for such services and I will provide you with an update of what happened and if there was a change in traffic or any statistic that maybe helpful.

humm, interesting, I’m wondering what happens when you stop paying though, in most cases the traffic will go away (I guess).

$3,50 for 100 directory submissions and 25 del.icio.us bookmarks, man that’s cheap, really can’t wait to see your results :)

that is true, but these are one time services – so let us see what happens by next week. I hope to get a good return on them – and results will be posted!
