As we know content is king. It’s been widely known that search engines give a high website rank if you provide content/text. The philosophy behind website content relies on having informative website helps visitors to get what they are looking for through a rich and content based websites. Although content is king, many webmasters and owners lack the right resources of getting them.
Well below, Joel says, “Content is king on the web. If you want to make money with AdSense, start by building a content-rich site.”

Keep updated information on your site. Do you have events, sales, specials, holiday giveaways, or anything that you can add, especially to a homepage, that will show search engines your web site is a living document? How about new products, or asking a question to get feedback from site visitors, anything to show that you are vested in keeping your web site active and informative.
It is possible to source plenty of content from the readers and visitors to your blog. All you need to do is to actively find ways and means to motivate them to provide this content. You could hold a competition with prizes for the best content supplied. Or you could provoke people to comment by making controversial posts. These are but two examples of ideas that you can use to seek and find plenty of content for your blog. Creativity is the key to success in everything.
Article Directories is another great way to grab great content for your site or blog. There are two advantages to getting your web site content from article directories rather than from private label rights articles and eBooks:
-
Articles from article directories are normally free - you do not have to pay anything for the rights to publish the articles.
-
There are tens of thousands of articles available for web site content on virtually any topic you may need.
Others will use the power of RSS to create live content on their site. Users will use the power of forums to gather information to create their next report or controversial issue on their blog or website. Gathering content is not hard, the use of your imagination are your boundaries.
While others tend to pay for pre written content they can call their own, such as Private Label Rights (PLR). They provide total rights to informational products such as ebooks, videos, audio downloads, articles and software. Unlike simple and master resell rights which give you the right to sell a product, but not to alter it in any way, private label rights allow you to edit and customize the product. You can add links to your other products, change or add any text or graphics or simply leave the content as it is. You can even claim to be the author or creator.
Purchasing products with private label rights can save you a great deal of time and help you to build your business faster than you might expect. Many good providers of private label rights products also provide you with sales pages, articles and other selling tools that make the process of generating sales a lot easier than if you had to start from scratch.
One last note I would like to add is search engines key on text, not graphics, so the more text you have on your home page and subsequent pages, the better you’ll do with placement. Even though graphics can be visually appealing, text helps pull in the web spiders. Always try to put your text together first and insert your images last.
There is so much you can do, and most of it can be something quick and simple. One or two hours a month even can show that you care about your web site. Write some content, share your news, sell a new product. Trust me, by giving a little, you will be gaining a lot.
