How they can yank your site and not pay you then reinstate it. Hopefully they back pay you for any lost earnings. I would try both networks and see what works best for you. YPN is my choice to use on most of my sites. Although I measure each one regularly to make sure I am still happy. Recently YPN has dipped 20% or so on most blogs but is still better than Adsense on most things. Let us know what you decide. Google is scary.
