		<description>You explained this very well.  Taking risks is a big part of becoming a success, at anything.  I have a one year old, and it's amazing to watch her repeatedly fall but get back up in her pursuit to walk.  But that's not the only thing...and it's amazing each day to watch her fumble at something and later perform it well.</description>
