		<description>You explained this very well.  Taking risks is a big part of becoming a success, at anything.  I have a one year old, and it&#039;s amazing to watch her repeatedly fall but get back up in her pursuit to walk.  But that&#039;s not the only thing...and it&#039;s amazing each day to watch her fumble at something and later perform it well.</description>
