> Dustin
the only reason they do that is for competition - other networks will even match or go over the other networks payout - its just a way to get more affiliates.

> Jeremy
I was wondering that as well - but my keywords QS are at ok and great and I was averaging about 2.3 - 8.8 - so I am not sure if it the keywords. But I did read a Google Slap on Super Affiliate Mindset, which might have been the issue.

If anything, I find it awkward that many affiliate programs offer higher payouts through different networks. I wonder if the higher the payout on a certain network, the harder the conversion.

Keep these articles coming, I could definitely use this information when I start my PPC campaigns.

Perhaps the specific keywords you were targeting were simply something weekenders don't tend to search for. Could also be become traffic on weekend is generally much lower than during the week.

Just a few guesses.
