IANteract Meetup202 was hosted yesterday and it was a great 2 hour session. I met up with AJ, Benny, Thiago, Ron B, Craig, Kenrick and his brothers. It was a pretty big, well for my first meetup, and it was entertaining. I brought FeedFront magazines for everyone as well. We had the first meetup at Panera Bread, right smack in the middle for everyone, central Jersey. Members drove from up north and some were even local to the area.

When I first got to Panera Bread I was kind of early and decided to chill in my car for a bit. At 2pm I started to walk in and first met up with AJ and Ron B. I actually talked to AJ in the past and met him via Digital Point Forums. I started to small talk with everyone and started to grab some food, I was hungry.

Interesting part of the meetup was the fact there were newbies and they want to jump into marketing, PPC. Also there was big discussion on the make money blogs and ebooks about marketing. Craig is from WickedFire and we basically just told them to join and you will find all the books there. There was a big discussion on how a noob would jump into affiliate marketing and I was even given a scenario.

Overall the meetup was successful, I did want a little more interaction but for the first one it was great. I hope everyone had a great time and learned something. I would also like to grow the meetup to a more interactive and fun place, learn and network then grab a beer after. Maybe Great Adventure would be a nice little meetup location.
