Hi Ian, I am one of your readers (I regularly check your site but I seldom post comments). This time, I’m going to comment because I’m an iPhone user, too! So, upon reading the title, it made me smile and think, “How did you know?”…because you are right, I guess most of us your readers are indeed iPhone users.

Anyway, I’m happy to know that your site has many readers, it just shows that your articles are really interesting to read…Well, keep it up and I’m hoping to read more of your great articles.

Ian, I noticed the exact same thing on my blog. It always seems like the obscure, slightly off-topic posts get the most traffic and rank the best.

It’s all about diversifying your blog posts and going for the longtail keywords.

I’ve yet to experience the problem of having too many visitors, but I’ll agree with you that it is annoying when most visitors come for something other than your main content.

Ian, I would not take this as a bad thing, I actually think it is a good thing. If most of your readers are visiting your site from their phone, it is more likely for other people that they are with to be viewing your site and this brings in more visitors to your site

hi ian
a couple of important points. it is pretty clear most people are looking for sex, google, and iphone related topics. i would focus on serving up products related around those topics. duh! the demand is definitely not there related around internet marketing. sorry but google is the internet traffic cop. my sites have grown 300% since last year since i focused on more popular topics. pretty potent gold nugget if you ask me. as apple has now made the ipod touch voice phone enabled, you can expect iphone to mushroom in demands. any smart netpreneur will focus on those products/services via the stellar 3rd party apps coming. just my worthless 2 cents as usual. as for the future of affilate marketing, i don’t see it working as most products are kind of spammy and risky to deal with. also, what time frame were these stats taken for? as usual, i love your daily blog ian. keep it up and happy new year
