Whew, just got out of a seminar, video below. It was 3 hours and it consisted of Real Estate Investing. I liked it I actually, usually I hate these seminars that try to sell you something at the end at such a huge price! But this was a reasonable price tag on the offer for the Rich Dad Academy and it was for 3 days. The classes would teach and educate a person on real estate investing and how these classes is an investment for your future.

The speaker was Rodney Huffman, this would be the first time that I have heard of him. But he proved to be a really good speaker and actor. He would act out ’stupid’ situations. For example: “I don’t have money,” he would act like an “ergh heh yerp, so how much does it cost, yawn hiip” type of person. Do I make sense? He was also giving out DVDs and books by Robert Kiyosaki.

Most of the evening consisted of teaser training, where the speaker would teach you great advantages on why to real estate investing is such a great business, the reason to sign up for our 3 day class. But the teasers proved to be real informational, especially about taxes – I wish I kept all my receipts. There are also ways to borrow money, literally multiple ways to borrow money and have it work for you. Since I am more geared towards internet marketing I was thinking of ways it could benefit me.

Lastly, the registrar guy was being a pain. I was not allowed to take pictures or video tape anything on my camera. That sucks! I couldn’t even hand out business cards, what is the point of networking if I can not hand out my business card. BUT as I was leaving there were groups of people handing out flyers for a travel agency, WTF! Well enough, I am hungry so here is a video.
