Why am I shifting? Because I believe the service I'm shifting to will provide me a better (and local) support service. I already know they are very professional and the client base they have is impressive so I feel confident of getting good service. Also it appears to be very easy and has everything I've been looking for - instead of having to use more than one service to achieve what I want.
