Black Friday has come and go. There has been stories of people dieing because of a mob of people rushing in to get the best deals. My sorrows goes to the families. Today and one of the safer ways people shop is when they are surfing the net, no on can get hurt – atleast to my knowledge. But Cyber Monday is another way to earn money and I hope you are taking advantage of it as well. It will probably last all this week, but Monday is where most of the traffic is generated and income is created.

What is Cyber Monday?

The term Cyber Monday refers to the Monday immediately following Black Friday, the ceremonial kick-off of the holiday online shopping season in the United States between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. [1] Whereas Black Friday is associated with traditional brick-and-mortar stores, “Cyber Monday” symbolizes a busy day for online retailers. The premise was that consumers would return to their offices after the Black Friday weekend, making purchases online that they were not able to make in stores. Although that idea has not survived the test of time, Cyber Monday has evolved into a significant marketing event, sponsored by the National Retail Federation’s Shop.org division, in which online retailers offer low prices and promotions.

Everyone is online searching for the best deals, so how do you take advantage of such event? There are multiple ways. I have discussed some on my Black Friday post but I think there is a great way to take advantage of such a net surfing hungry crowd.

• Create a Virtual Store
  There are many scripts out there to help you with creating a store. The most visited sites maybe Amazon and eBay – with the economy people will look for discounts. Why not help them by creating specific niche sites that is dedicated to just a single item? For example I have 5 Build a Niche Stores and each generate some income (i have to maintain it, just lazy). Creating and building a virtual store in 5 minutes is simple with this script. Once it is done get it quickly index by simply submitting it to a bookmarking website. Boom your in the SERPs and you will get found.
• Create a Deals/Coupons Site
  As stated prior and important especially this time, is to create a site that provides people with free money, discounts, deals, etc. Our economy is not that strong this time of year and you can see the changes happening before you in your own neighborhood. But giving the opportunity for a quick discount will help you get some income. Create a site dedicated to just coupons and deals. ShareaSale has a great datafeed on discounts and deals – though you have to expand on their description, they practically did the work for you.

Everyone right now and in the coming weeks will be shopping online, what can you provide to the audience to help them buy and purchase something, at the same time earning you a couple dollars. There are other ways to quickly take advantage of such a day: craigslist, media buying, forums, ebooks, etc.

The best solution would quickly buid a Build a Niche Store, just because it can be done and index in just a couple of hours. Also, it forwards the end user to ebay a trusted brand which will result in a higher conversion. If you just have an ecommerce store, how trustworthy is it?
