I think most big brands and companies will always hate affiliates, because the way we market is completely foreign to the way they market. No surprise, and ‘affiliate’ style of marketing is the one that actually produces results.

SSL often creates problem for the surfers as well as for the advertisers.
Upgrading it and changing the algorithm a bit may help.
