Holidays are Coming Up - What Are YOU Doing?

October 10, 2008 · 7 Comments

So we are in October right now and I have started to clean up some of my niche sites. I also started a new one or actually took a landing page domain and turned it into a site. Looking and searching for some offers and a lot of networks do not have this setup. Some networks have some things but very low payouts. This time of year it is not all about CPA offers it is all about sales. More so toward the end of the year, there are probably more sales generated than CPA stuff. I took a quick look at AFFSpy to see what is out... [Read the full post]

A Unique Conversation with Unique Blog Designs

September 25, 2008 · 4 Comments

While at IZEAFest I was able to grab the whole team from Unique Blog Designs all aside to have a quick discussion about their company. I insisted they owed me a podcast or interview, because I remember when John Chow had his update - I attacked them for an interview. I can imagine their business jumped because of that first design, so I wanted to get their reaction right away. They have done a lot of blogs such as the famous ShoeMoney and John Chow. They add a unique twists to their designs, it isn’t just color is... [Read the full post]

Using Tracking202 to Track Your Products

September 29, 2008 · 2 Comments

When you think of Tracking202 what comes to mind? Tracking affiliate conversions? PPC Analytics for affiliate marketing? Well the main thought when thinking about this great system is affiliate marketing. Well I can tell you that I track a lot of things besides affiliate marketing with Prosper202. The brand of Tracking202 and Prosper202 has been branded as an affiliate marketing tool. Why is that? It is a PPC Analytic system, which tells you your conversions vs your spending via paid search. The system can be used for non-ppc... [Read the full post]

Exit Pop Ups: The Reason they Convert

August 29, 2008 · 9 Comments

I have several sale pages for several products. The more popular ones I add in a little exit popup script, but its not those pop up pages scripts, it is those un-stoppable popups. These popups create an overlay over your current website. It is a really creative idea because it notices when a user will be leaving the active windows screen and if they do a popup occurs. I use various ones and I spent a good amount on a more interactive one. I have found one where it is really cheap and works with all browsers. Exit Magnet... [Read the full post]

New Jersey IANteract and my Facebook Group

October 3, 2008 · 6 Comments

This is a well over do post but I have been trying to create a more social community. But with so many ideas in my head and just trying to keep up with my campaigns and testing new traffic sources and more stuff here and more stuff here, I lost track of time and even what I want to let you guys know about. So to get a social community gathering going I decided to do 2 things. I want a physical New Jersey meetup, in where I can interact and share ideas with other like minded affiliates. This specific meetup is open to anyone,... [Read the full post]

The Art of Keyword Blasting

August 27, 2008 · 4 Comments

There are some things in affiliate marketing that are kept to our own or that are talked about and we should automatically know. While at Affiliate Summit when describing to some users how I do keyword research, I usually say I keyword blast most of the time to find profitable keywords for any offer. A lot of users did not know the main concept of keyword blasting or heard of blasting keywords. It is a quick way to find a lot of profitable keywords (deep and wide). It stops you from wasting time on less searchable keywords... [Read the full post]

MySpace ADs: First Case Study

October 9, 2008 · 12 Comments

So when Myspace ads finally came out I was undecided to advertise on there. I have advertise on there via Google Content network and found the traffic to be pretty bad. But I then saw that you can target demographics, which then I thought might be something good to test out. So I registered and found the interface to be the most sophisticated platform on the Myspace network. Honestly Myspace layouts are the only reason why myspace is so big. Anyways, I decided to concentrate on 2 things or verticals when choosing an offer.... [Read the full post]
