Everyone knows site flipping is a great way to generate MASSIVE cash on the internet and it is extremely newbie-friendly because you don’t need to know how to rank well on Google, or fork out $100 today to pay for your PPC campaign, or even learn about “internet marketing” – well, at least for the starters.

Right now, I am going to teach you how you can start flipping websites right away so you can go out there and start selling sites. In this post, I am going to briefly teach all of you how you can flip startup blogs for a couple of hundred bucks.

Let’s get started:

Step 1: Pick a popular niche.

Step 2: Get yourself a domain name. Two words domain name is great. No hyphen. Must contain at least one keyword.

Step 3: Get yourself a hosting. Your hosting provider must be reliable because you don’t want your site to screw up when you’re listing your site. For me, I always go with Hostgator. Use the coupon code “wordpress” to get $0.01 for the first month. Make sure your hosting has Fantastico so you can install WordPress.

Step 4: Find your blog a great theme. If you have a premium theme, use it. If you don’t and are reluctant to spend any money in themes, go out there and search for a free theme.

Step 5: Get a logo or header (depending on your theme) designed for your blog. Make sure the design is good because design is the main selling points of your blog.

Step 6: Write enough articles to fill the homepage of your blog (about 8 to 10 articles). If you’re lazy or busy, just hire someone to write for you.

Step 7: Now, put everything together to make your blog. Go over to ClickBank and get yourself some ad banners and put them onto your blog to monetize it. Good-looking banners are better than some dull banners.

Step 8: Get some stock images for your blog posts. Find free stock images at www.sxc.hu.

Step 9: Go to web marketplaces like Flippa and Warrior Forum (WSO area) and then list your blog for sale. Write a short listing copy.

Step 10: Wait for response from interested buyers.
