I Need Traffic and I am on a Budget!

Since now that you have content on your site or blog. You might want readers to start reading what you have to say right? But you just do not know how to create the traffic, your a perfect newbie to making money online. You know a store can not sell anything if there are no shoppers, so common sense tells you if you do not have visitors your website will fail.

One of the old ways to generate free traffic to your website these days is to use a free traffic exchange service.

A traffic exchange is website service that enables you to view someone's website, and others in turn view yours. You earn credits when you view someone's site, and you use those credits to have others view your site. Internet marketers would like to know how to bring traffic to their websites quickly, without spending any money.

Traffic exchanges can accomplish this. The greatest benefit comes in when you sign up others and receive traffic from their efforts. The different types of exchanges are start page exchanges, manual surf, and auto surf.

The key is to join more than one exchange, it could be start page, manual or auto surf exchange, and promote them to get referrals.

Another one of the biggest secrets on the internet that many of the big-hitter "gurus" use to drive traffic to their website is to write articles and add their signature line at the bottom, which includes their website.

The overall goal would be to get these articles thousands of unique visitors and thousands of links so that the site could get some search love.

The above statement is from Neil Patel who gave his ideas on proper budget marketing to SEOish. So it seems article marketing is a great way to spread traffic, again I have done this and have had great success with it.

When people read the article, the last thing they see is the author's signature and website. This gives the reader a place to go to get more information. And that, in turn, drives visitors to your website. Plus, by listing your website address in the signature line, the search engines will start to index your website, which improves your ranking.

The reason why this method is so successful is because it costs nothing to do this. All you have to do is invest a little time and write an article and then submit it to article directories. Now have thousands and thousands of people seeing the link to your website, and your only investment was a little bit of time.

Sometimes your blog articles are great and should be submitted to these directories.

Along with creating articles, is creating the information. You are creating articles right and post? Why not collect them and create it in to an ebook. Provide it for free for your readers. Creating something free to your readers will usually want them coming back.

You'll fall in love with this technique if you see what it can do to your site. This technique can create an excellent 'Viral marketing' effect. It can multiply the number of visitors to your site in a matter of days. The most important thing about this technique is that to offer something that is really useful to your visitor. So useful that they can only get that information from you!

You need to create the wants in your niche market. What problems do they encounter? Solve these problems and you have a killer articles or e-book that you can give away for free. Remember, don't sell it. Give it away for free. If you feel really reluctant to give your article or e-book for free, you can give your visitors a partial of it. But, make sure it's really useful. Don't forget to put your name and your contact information in this article or e-book. Usually, if you write an article, you need to include your resource box at the very bottom of your article.

There are several blogs out there that create traffic for their own small business. Cnet.com does thisby getting more targeted traffic. That is why I think more people are more interested in blogs and communities.

But in the end there are tons and tons of ways to get traffic! Reciprocal linking, article marketing, forum marketing, etc. There is no limits to it.

You need to create a great purpose for your writing. If you are easily bored by your own writing, would you think there are other readers out there that will fall asleep too? Your content needs to have a surge of information someone wants to read! So ask yourself if your blog is valuable to you and if it is then its valuable to someone else.
