Here is the update to my post about TLA using TinyURL as a new affiliate link. Brock Boser took care of my email and here is the response he gave me. If you looked at his first email (scroll to the bottom), the response was very poor so I pushed to get a better answer. Still, this response is poor, but I guess they can not disclose anything. Please see below.
Ian, sorry I cannot get too technical. Basically we cannot use the TLA domain anymore for affiliate links.

Thanks for your quick response. How may I ask will this save network as al tinyurl does is just hides the link. The actual affiliate link is behind the tiny url for redirection. My assumption is the actual link is still on TLA just hidden.
Please peovide a broader respone.

I am assuming that they can not use their main TLA domain, but that still does not answer my question as tinyurl still redirects to the actual domain. Let's see what happens in the next couple days as Brock does not want to disclose any information, which is understandable.
Do you know why TLA is using TinyURL? What is the conspiracy with Google and TLA? Why is there no specifics as to what is happening?
