Yahoo Publisher Network chooses Paypal

By Ian Fernando

Yahoo Publisher Network, (YPN) now accepts paypal as a form of a payment option.

First of all what is YPN?

YPN is a form of PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising, you are probably more familiar with Google Adsense. Providing targeted related ads to your websites and earning on a per click basis.

The features of the Yahoo Publisher Network are very similar to that of the AdSense program. Publishers can choose from a wide variety of advertisement layouts and choose ones that they feel best complement their website. Publishers can also change the color scheme of all advertisements to blend the ads with their website so that they look more natural. Like the AdSense program, Yahoo Publisher Network users can have multiple channels so that they can use one account for a large number of websites.

Paypal now a days is just so popular that marketers would rather be paid by paypal with affiliate systems and programs, well now a known name and new PPC system is taking the jump!

Given the popularity of PayPal in the web publisher market, this is sure to boost demand of the Yahoo Publisher Network among webmasters and bloggers who prefer PayPal and use the payment service religiously.

I am sure to look into YPN now, since most of my affiliate systems are PayPal deposits.

What shall Google do?
